This project transformed the back of the home with a fully elevated composite deck built beneath an existing covered roof structure. We started by digging and setting new footers to support the elevated deck, then built the frame with pressure-treated lumber to ensure a solid, code-compliant base.

Once framing was complete, we installed composite decking for a clean, low-maintenance surface, along with sleek black aluminum railings for a modern finish. Composite stairs were added to connect the elevated deck to the backyard below, and lattice skirting was installed to give the space a finished look from every angle.
